Orbi app setup requires a few items as listed. Check first that you have everything before initiating the setup.

Update Firmware

Prior to complete the orbi app setup you have to update the firmware of your orbi whether it’s a router or satellite. Firmware updates will enhance the performance of your network. Steps to update firmware:

• Go to the settings and look for the firmware update option.
• Afterwards choose online update or manual option.
• If you choose the manual option, then you have to download the firmware from orbi’s website.
• After downloading the firmware, upload the file by clicking on the browse option.

Submit The Changes

Verify Connection

Orbi Factory Reset
